The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform our customers on how Cloud & Cuckoo collects and processes your personal data. Throughout this policy Cloud & Cuckoo are addressed as “we” “admin” and “our”.

Identity Data which includes first name, maiden name, last name and title.

Contact Data includes your delivery address, billing address, email address and mobile/telephone number (whichever you wish to provide).
Transaction Data includes the details about the products and services you have purchases from Cloud & Cuckoo and the transactions between yourselves and the Cloud & Cuckoo admin and website.

An example of this would be our use of Squarespace Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Cloud & Cuckoo website.

This includes the personal data you provide when you make a purchase from Cloud & Cuckoo, entering a competition via our social media channels or when you provide feedback.

However, note that some data will be required to fulfil the contracts and the orders we have with you; before being removed.

In some cases we may update our privacy policy upon reflection. This may happen to comply with legal or regulatory reasons or because there has been changes to our operations and practices. Furthermore, additional changes may be required throughout this privacy due to lack of detail in some sections or to correct grammatical errors.
